Our Warranty Commitment
At Eye Vigil, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. The warranty period ranges from 12 to 24 months, depending on the product category. Products covered under warranty will be either repaired or replaced, as determined by Eye Vigil’s service team.
Terms & Conditions
- The warranty duration (12 or 24 months) varies by product. Please confirm the specific coverage period with your Eye Vigil sales representative at the time of purchase.
- Warranty is provided on a back-to-service-center basis. Customers are responsible for all logistics and insurance involved in shipping products to and from the service center.
- To initiate a warranty claim, customers must obtain a valid Repair Material Authorization (RMA) number by submitting an RMA request form before dispatching the product.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice is mandatory to validate the warranty.
- All warranty-covered products must retain their original labels and serial numbers. Tampering, removal, or defacement of these identifiers will void the warranty.
- Eye Vigil reserves the right to reject warranty claims that do not comply with the stated conditions.
This warranty does not apply in cases of:
- Unauthorized service or repairs
- Damage from incorrect installation or use with incompatible systems
- External factors such as fire, water ingress, lightning, or power surges
- Physical damage due to mishandling, dropping, or impact
- Use of unapproved accessories or third-party applications
- Where applicable, Eye Vigil may provide reconditioned or equivalent parts as replacements.
